Defective or damaged product.

If you prefer the return to the exchange, we will send you a check for the amount spent, to be exchanged for any item on the web, without expiration date. If the item needs to be returned, the shipping costs will be covered by us. We will provide you with return instructions for damaged or defective item. Be sure to request this process within 15 calendar days after the delivery date.

Returns and exchanges of non-defective products.

On sale, discounted or discounted products, the amount spent will not be refunded. The customer may proceed to return it by changing a product or a valid check to be exchanged on our website for the amount of the amount spent on it, with no expiration date.

Cancellation of orders.

The calculation of terms to cancel an order will be 6 hours from the day and time the purchase was made.
You must send us an email to worldwidefitnessforum@gmail.com within the aforementioned period.

We cannot cancel the order after that period has elapsed, since the order has already been processed. Once you receive it if you do not like it, you can return it.
